⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26, 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Web of Science 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : National Diet Library (Tokyo Main Library, Kansai-kan of the National Diet Library, International Library of Children's Literature and Detached Library in the Diet) and 33 Branch Libraries
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A in "Selling of product" in the Kanto・Koushin'etsu district in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by the National Diet Library (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ have the right to distribute Web of Science in Japan.
