2. The BFP-R9 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Office of the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat, BFP Regional Office 9 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below on from Monday to Friday (08:00A.M. to 05:00P.M.).

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on 11 December 2021 to 03 January 2022 from the given address and website(s) below. The price of bidding documents is Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 25,000.00) The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in the form of Official Receipt issued by the Finance Unit, BFP R9.

6. The BFP R9 will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 10:00 A.M. 20 December 2021. In line with the precautionary health measures being adopted by the agency, the Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted through video-conference (Zoom). Hence interested bidders are advised to send their request for Zoom Password to bacforlife@yahoo.com with the following information together with proof of identify of the attendee a day before the scheduled conference.

7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before 9:00 A.M. 03 January 2022. Late bids shall not be accepted.

8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 15.1.

9. Bid opening shall be at 9:30 A.M. 03 January 2022 through video-conference (Zoom). The Zoom Password shall be provided upon the presentation of proof of payment to the Bac Secretariat. Only One (1) authorized representative per bidder may attend the opening of bids.

10. The BFP R9 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
