The MUNICIPALITY OF PIAGAPO through the proceeds of Loan from LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos (Php60,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the acquisition of the various brand new heavy equipment, via local purchase with project reference # 2022-001, as follows:

1. One (1) unit concrete mixer, 6-wheeler Php6,132,000.00

2. One (1) unit Garbage Compactor, 6-wheeler 6,707,330.00

3. One (1) unit mini dump truck, 4x4 (4CBM) 4,050,000.00

4. Three (3) units 10-wheeler dump truck (20 CBM) 14,550,000.00

5. One (1) unit 6-wheeler Dump Truck (4 CBM) 5,248,000.00

6. One (1) unit Wheel type Backhoe, 0.58 CBM 10,182,670.00

7. One (1) unit road Roller, 11 tons 6,780,000.00

8. One (1) unit Wheel Loader, 3 CBM 6,350,000.00

TOTAL 60,000,000.00

Cost of Bidding Documents: Php35,000.00

Source of Fund : Loan Proceeds from LBP

1. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

2. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen, sole proprietorship, partnership or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) of the interest or oustanding capital stock belongs to the citizens of the Philippines;

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Piagapo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Executive Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Piagapo, Lanao del Sur at 8:00 AM ,January 4-24, 2022.

4. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids.

5. The significant times and deadlines of procurement activities are shown below:

a. Submission of Letter of Intent and Eligibility Requirements: Jan. 4-23, 2022 @8:00-5:00PM

6. Bid documents will be available to bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount as stated above to the authorized BAC Officer. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the appropriate amount and acceptable form, as stated in Section 27.2 of the Revised IRR.

7. This PROCUREMENT shall also conform the following additional conditions:

7.1 Local purchase only, no importation or foreign letter of credit shall be processed;

7.2 Bid proposal must be in Philippine currency;

7.3 Bidder/s must have completed a similar contract and have a similar brand offer in the last three (3) years;

8. Bids shall be delivered to the Municipal General Service Office, Piagapo, LDS. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:00 AM, Jan 24, 2022

9. The Municipality of Piagapo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid and to annul the bidding process any time before contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
