This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Board of Education of School District No.36 - Surrey ("SD36") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of Audio-Visual equipment and services (equipment, installation, commissioning, training) for Regent Road Elementary School, as further described in RFQ Detailed Specifications, Scope & Specifications Appendix D) and Appendix B, section A (the "Deliverables"). This includes to provide, install, and commission the specified components as listed to create a complete and fully operating AV systems within SD36 at Regent Road Elementary School as indicated on the drawings in the Scope and Specifications, Detailed deion of work per 1.2 of Appendix D of this request for quotation. Installation of equipment and materials must be in accordance with manufacturer's

recommendations and accepted trade practice.
