The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (PSSG) is seeking a contractor to conduct a holistic, independent, and ive review of the programs delivered by the E-Division's Air Services and West Coast Marine Services as well as detachment vessels located on the coast, Fraser River and Vancouver Island.

The successful proponent for this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be responsible for executing a review on the current state of Air and coastal Marine Service Programs (including West Coast Marine Unit) to identify the benefits and strengths of the two programs, identify gaps, limitations, risks and provide alternative options for consideration includes pros and cons, appropriate resourcing and supporting administrative practices to ensure that the Air and Marine Services are being delivered in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Results of this assessment will be presented jointly to the Policing and Security Branch and RMCP E-Division representatives.

Unless an exception applies as described in Section 2.29 b), as a condition of Contract finalization the successful Proponent will be required to provide the Province with a Tax Verification Letter. Please see Section 2.29 for further details. As set out in Section 2.29, the Province will be unable to finalize a Contract with a Proponent that is unable to produce a Tax Verification Letter as a part of Contract finalization, if required.
