⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Isao Sakai, Director-General, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 29
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : R4 Telecommunication equipment maintenance 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A or B or C or D on "provision of services" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
③ Being the person who completes duties as a person of order in maintenance about facilities or check duties after 2007, and proved the observance of a contract results.
④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening.
⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system.
⑥ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet office is continuing state concerned.
⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 17 : 15 21 January, 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 28 February, 2022
