⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NISHIMURA Norihito, Director of Yokohama Local Finance Office.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility management operations at Yokohama Second Common Government Offices.
⑷ Service period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2025.
⑸ Service place : As in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 10 of the Public Service Reform Act (notwithstanding paragraph 11)
② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade "A" or "B" in "Provision of services" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Not being in a period of suspension of appointment in each organization of the each ministry each agency.
⑺ Submitting Time-limit of proposal : 17 : 00, 2 March, 2022.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 8 March, 2022.
