The Council requires highway engineering services for proposed highway, including access road, pedestrian/cycle path, landscaped area, into the Biggins Wood site from Caesar's Way up to the boundary of the residential and commercial/industrial development areas. The successful consultant will provide an initial design and specification which is sufficient for the detailed design to be developed by a contractor and ultimately for the works to be adopted by the highways authority.
