The proposed works comprise the local realignment of Dromtacker Road to facilitate the introduction of a right hand turning lane for vehicles entering the MTU North Campus from the east. Works include extended carriageway, utility diversions and upgrade of public lighting at the junction.
Associated works include;
-site clearance and fencing
-diversion of live services including ducting for fibre optic lines.
-new surface water pipeline
-masonry walls;
-road pavements;
-kerbing, footway/cycleway construction;
-traffic signs and road markings;
-road lighting
- new gates to MTU North Campus
The Contract will include for Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) duties and Traffic Management.
