⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Research Institute for Economics and Business Administration (hereafter RIEB) Information Processing System supports the research activities of 30 faculty members and 30 supporting staff members.
B The RIEB Information Processing System must comply with the current high standard of information processing environment concerning the computational processing speed, reliability, and security.
C The subsystems and services provided by this system include the following : High-speed computing service, WWW service, Electronic mail service, File service, User authentication service and authentication federation system, Backup service.
D The network system includes FireWall, Core-switch, and SSL-VPN. This system must be connected to the Kobe University Hyper Academic Network (KHAN2017).
E The client system includes 35 personal computers mentioned in this procurement. An integral and effective administrative service must support the dispersedly allocated RIEB Information Processing System.
