the public library services branch (plsb) of alberta municipal affairs seeks to acquire a cloud-d solution to enable access by public library patrons to an e-magazine collection acquired from the alberta magazine publishers association (ampa). the service shall be available through all public libraries participating in the alberta public library network (currently 325+ library locations). the solution will facilitate the discovery of s available in the collections by patrons and enable the simultaneous lending of e-magazine issues from the collection to patrons via alberta libraries. in addition, the solution will be support by services required to support hosting the collections.
