The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified Cost Consultants for work to be performed for the Prince Rupert RCMP Detachment Project. The location for the building is owned by the City of Prince Rupert and is located on the corners of McBride and Third Ave. East.
The City would like to build a new RCMP facility that meets their requirements for security and capacity, to enable the RCMP to continue to provide a safe environment for the community of Prince Rupert.
The Cost Consultant will work with the Integrated Project Team and perform the Services described in the Contract required to create Cost Estimates d on drawings and documents presented by the architect's team.
The services required for this Project will comprise: Professional Cost Estimating.
Design and construction are to be implemented by means of a Progressive Design-Build agreement.
