The health insurance companies (whether HEK / hkk take part in the respective lot is determined by the name of the respective lot) pursue the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V on the named active ingredients, active ingredient combinations or dosage forms, and active strengths close. The contract is concluded as part of the open house procedure:

Individual negotiations about the content of the contract are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurances do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on October 1st, 2020 at the earliest (different starting times for HEK and hkk can be found in the information for the corresponding lot). The contract ends on September 30th, 2022 at the latest, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. It is possible to join this open house procedure at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
