You are welcome to submit tenders in AB Gotlandshem's procurement of work agreements comprising architects, technical consulting services and inspectors.

Assignments are performed continuously. Includes new production, renovation, and conversion and extension of mainly apartment buildings. These can be areas that are to be newly established, densifications and renovations / rebuilding in the customer's residential areas. The procurement is divided into 15 tender areas. Tenderers may choose to submit tenders in one or more tender areas.
