The Met Office is seeking to award a work Agreement for the provision of acoustic release tandem assemblies and the deck equipment required to deploy and recover moorings. It is anticipated that 10 acoustic releases tandem assemblies and two sets of deck equipment will be required throughout the life of any subsequent contract (however, this estimate is provided for information only and no guarantees of demand can be provided). The solution is also required to enable two acoustic releases to be deployed using a tandem for operational resilience.
