Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (‘The Council’) wishes to procure a service provider to manage day to day operations at Stockport Business and Innovation Centre (SBIC), and Merchants House Offices (MH). The service provider must also deliver an on-site business support service to tenants in these properties. The current management contract will terminate in July 2022 and the Council is seeking tenders from potential service providers from 21 July 2022 to 20 July 2027 with the option to extend an additional 2 years, subject to agreement by both parties.
