The works shall consist of the removal of Existing Prefabricated school buildings and the construction of a new two storey primary school with a gross floor area of 2,142m2 together with all associated site works, including external play areas, extended vehicular set-down and surface car parking areas , new emergency access road from the school onto The Old Laghey Road and extension of existing public footpath to same; with connections to all public utilities and alterations and improvements to existing access and egress onto the Brookfield Road at Brookfield or Gregstown Townland , Donegal, Co. Donegal. The works are to be completed in a phased and sequential manner to facilitate continual school operational capacity.
