This Approach to Market (ATM) as a Request for Tender (RFT) is for the provision of Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) software and Mobile Communication services as part of the National Vessel Monitoring Program. This RFT consists of two Modules: • Module 1 - VMS Platform • Module 2 - Mobile Communications Service Provider Tenderers may tender for either or both Modules. If a tenderer wishes to tender for both Modules, AFMA requires a separate technical and pricing response schedule for each Module on a standalone basis along with a third pricing schedule showing pricing if that tenderer was successful for both Modules. AFMA recognises that there may be efficiencies with awarding both Modules to one provider and will be taking this into consideration during the evaluation process. |
