Contract No. CRPL/22/1 Ashford Borough Council in partnership with the Chilmington Management Organisation (CMO), is looking to commission a group/organisation/agency to deliver a series of creative community projects and events with residents of the South of Ashford Garden Community (SAGC). The successful company will be responsible for all aspects of the project including devising the creative concept, organising and overseeing community participation, dealing will all aspects of project and event management including: communication, staffing, health and safety. The company will respond to the ideas of residents and key partners (see list below) to ‘co-produce’ the project using the Vision & Strategy of the Garden Community, along with the CMO’s Early Community Development Strategy as guiding principles. Creative outputs could include art making, storytelling, installations or many other creative outputs that connect with people and place.
