Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and the seven Lincolnshire District Councils are looking to procure a supply partner who will provide a fully managed Single Persons Discount (SPD) continuous review and referral service throughout each year of the contract.

As part of the development of the contract and procurement, LCC are keen to engage with the market who are invited to attend a virtual 1:1 to discuss the opportunity or alternatively  submit a questionnaire located in the attachment section of this opportunity.
