Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Travel Management Services.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation and submit your quote to the address below. The quotation must include:

1. Completed Standard Form 1449

2. Section 1, Pricing

3. Section 3, Technical Proposal Criteria

4. Section 5, Representations and Certifications to ensure compliance with FAR 52.204-24 and 52.206-26.

5. IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.gov/w14 to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order d on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by Monday, April 11, 2022 at 4:00pm local time in Bogota.

This solicitation does not allow for electronic quotations, please mail your quotation to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. Please mark the outside of your quotation with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number. 

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on Friday, March 4, 2022, and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend.  See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).
