The of the contract includes:

i) Design and elaboration of the UPACs execution project;

ii) Carrying out the work, construction of infrastructure, civil construction and structures, mechanical and electrical installations and installation and commissioning of the UPACs, including all authorizations, opinions, licenses and permits legally imposed;

iii) Execution of the interconnection infrastructures of each UPAC (without injection into the RESP), including the transport and medium voltage transformation infrastructures and the power injection limitation devices into the RESP;

iv) Provision of operation and maintenance services for the UPACs, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of signature of the total provisional receipt of the UPACs, including the repair and replacement of parts and equipment when necessary;

v) Provision of obligations and/or payments resulting from the guarantees applicable under the terms of the tender.
