The services are provided on the Deltion College campus in Zwolle. The total number of square meters under maintenance is approximately 77,000 m2 for cleaning maintenance and 76,000 m2 for window cleaning.

The scope of the assignment includes the following activities:

- Taking care of regular and periodic cleaning activities;

- Providing glass cleaning services;

- Carrying out extra (specialist) work on demand.

After the contract has been awarded, Deltion College wants to conclude an agreement with one tenderer for a period of three years with the option to extend six times for a period of one year.
