Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites suitably qualified businesses to join our Residential Maintenance Services Panel for various maintenance jobs in Sydney, Nowra and Wollongong. Please note this tender will cover all trades groups. Not all trades are being tendered in all Maintenance Areas. For full list of trades required, please refer to the Request for tender Appendix A.

This tender only relates to residential housing maintenance/upgrade work including freestanding homes, strata units and townhouses or multi-dwelling complexes for the housing of Defence members in numerous maintenance areas across Australia. It does not include any industrial or commercial premises.

The Deed of Agreement to be entered into with successful Tenderers offers a non-exclusive contract for the provision of Residential Maintenance Services for an initial term to 30 June 2023, with possibility of extension.
