| 项目信息详述 | Description SAPOL has a business need to continue to ensure the SAPOL Body Worn Video (BWV) capability in respect of the current hardware and software (and storage) solution is maintained, available and fit for purpose to meet operational requirements SAPOL’s current environment consists of 1,472 active BWV (VB400) cameras with: - 135 x 14 Port Docks, - 183 x Single Port Docks and - 143 x DC200 Controllers, across approximately 139 South Australian metropolitan and regional locations. It is expected that replacement units will be required (estimated at approximately 300-400 per year break fix) with an increase of approximately 500 units over the course of the contract due to changes in operational models within SAPOL service areas. SAPOL is seeking a supplier to support the existing Body Worn Video (Motorola) capability in respect of the current hardware and software (and storage) solution that makes up the current SAPOL body worn video solution. This includes the ability to procure new Motorola hardware (cameras, docks, dock controllers and miscellaneous items), fixing hardware faults and licensing of the Video Manager software and other licenses associated with the solution. There will also be a requirement for 24/7 on call support of the solution. In Scope: Hardware Obtain a managed service for the ongoing maintenance and management of current cameras and associated peripherals that SAPOL currently own, including increasing the fleet through the purchase of new and additional cameras. These services will include a technology refresh approach, with asset management practices to ensure a 3 year maintenance cycle for SAPOL BWV fleet. Purchase additional Motorola BWV cameras (VB400 or future models) and relevant peripherals, including camera docks, dock controllers and other hardware accessories associated with the Motorola solution. Camera docking stations will need to have the ability to simultaneously recharge device and upload camera data for either single unit or multiple devices. These docking stations need the ability to configure data transfer rates in the SAPOL network. Software Provide updates to the Motorola Video Manager software. Monthly health check of the BWV solution. Facilitate all licensing relating to the solution. Storage Ensure SAPOL storage solution is optimised to ensure effective management of video data. Provide reporting on data storage statistics, including but not limited to: Data storage consumption (on-prem and cloud) Data transfer rates when uploading BWV files Data retrieval statistics for accessing BWV files (on-prem and cloud) Out of Scope: Storage is out of scope and will not be managed as part of the resulting contract, however technical advice and assistance will be sought from the contracted supplier in terms of optimising the storage and retrieval of body worn footage within SAPOL’s Azure cloud storage tenancy. |
