⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 57
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Transportation, exhibition and withdrawal work of "Ohtake Shinro"
⑷ Delivery period : From 22 September, 2022 through 13 October, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, The Museum of Art, EHIME, Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art and Design
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Have at least 3 contracts for transporting works at a registered museum or museum-equivalent facility stipulated by the Museum Act.
D A person who has a qualification of Level 2 or higher of the Japanese Association of Museums Art Packaging and Transportation Skills can be assigned as a business manager,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
F not be a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, or who do not have any socially blamable relationship with a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, and who shall be able to sign the Covenant for the Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups.
