romania-constanța: construction work./ water and sewerage networks in the central area of constanța municipality./ the execution activities for the works contract: "water and sewerage networks in the central area of the municipality of constanța"-cl 1a, are grouped on the following s: ob.1. rehabilitation of the water distribution network o rehabilitation by replacing the distribution network - 18,975.00 ml o flap fireplaces - 112 pcs o bransament fireplaces 1438 pcs o meters with remote reading 2617 pcs o underground and above ground hydrants 185 pcs ob.2. sewer network extension o extension of the domestic sewage network – 1,131.00 m o visiting fireplaces – 42 pcs o connections – 8 pcs o connecting fireplaces - 8 pcs ob.3. sewer network rehabilitation o rehabilitation by replacing the household sewage network - 4,154.00 m o visiting fireplaces – 136 pcs o connections – 165 pcs o connecting fireplaces – 165 pcs ob.4. features o handheld terminal with battery for reading water meters - 2 pcs o complete software and hardware for the water meter reading system - 1 pc duration of execution: 610 days (20 months) of which: -sector 1: north zone = 610 days (20 months) -sector 2: south zone = 519 days (17 months) the works refer to: a) construction works b) supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment c) testing and commissioning d) monitoring and providing assistance/consultation to the responsible personnel during the warranty period, when necessary e) fixing any defects that appeared during the 36-month, respectively 1095-day warranty period the duration provided in section ii.2.7 represents the period of execution of the works and does not include the 1095-day warranty period the number of days until which the interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers / candidacies is 19 days before the deadline for submission of offers. the contracting entity shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification / additional information as follows: • 25 days before the bid submission deadline for clarification requests submitted 34 days before the bid submission deadline; • 11 days before the bid submission deadline for clarification requests submitted 19 days before the bid submission deadline.
