luxembourg-luxembourg: technical assistance for esg and implementation support – cofide work loan./ technical assistance for esg and implementation support – cofide work loan./ the overall ive of this technical assistance operation is to upgrade cofide’s environmental, social and governance policies and procedures to be in line with international high standards and to support cofide in the implementation of eib’s projects to ensure they meet eib required standards and complies with eib contract terms and conditions. the main tasks of the consultants will be: — ensure compliance with eib process and requirements, — provided targeted capacity building via consulting interventions, — design and deliver training programmes focusing on esg. the core team should be composed of an esg and climate finance specialist, acting also as team leader and an environmental and social safeguards specialist, supported by short-term experts, with, among others: another environmental and social safeguards specialist, an evaluation and monitoring expert, a sdg bond specialist, an it specialist and a communications specialist.
