germany-bonn: insulation work./ new construction heart center hm -technical insulation work./ the central clinic project represents the completion of the structural and functional development of patient care and builds on the two previous large-scale patient care projects (new buildings npp and elki). only with the realization of the central clinic will it be possible to fully expand the service and generate savings in operation. the first stage of construction is to be a heart center, which will include internal medicine ii (cardiology) and heart surgery with integrated emergency radiology. the building has a gross floor area of 31,300 m². in the first construction phase, the rough excavation was carried out with the formation of a berlin shoring and the bored pile foundation. after the completion of the remaining work from the measures in the surrounding area (miu), the shell construction trade started work in september 2021. the expected start of the performance of the technical insulation is scheduled for november 2022. as part of a europe-wide open tender, the services for the technical insulation work are to be commissioned.
