⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUZUKI Shinsuke, Director of Accounts Department, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Headquarters Ominato District
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Industrial waste collection, transportation and disposal.
⑷ Fulfillment period : 28 February 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have a Grade A, B, C or D in the "Service offering etc." in the Tohoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ The Person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Defense
⑤ have the necessary permissions from the relevant municipality and/or ministry to fulfill the services shown in the tender documentation and the specifications.
⑺ Time-limit for tender 16 : 45 7 September 2022 in case of by mail, 13 : 15 8 September 2022 in case of by hand.
