Leicestershire County Council (“the Council”) invites Quotations for the provision of a Business Rates consultant to manage the Council’s property portfolio. The consultant shall provide a non-Domestic rates service covering all occupied properties by the County Council. To assist in the tender process, the document ‘LCC sites of occupation’ has been made available to access alongside the RFQ document. The principal ive will be to mitigate Leicestershire County Council’s Non-Domestic rates liability.
