germany-hamburg: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services./ planning of the technical building equipment (technical equipment) for the thalia theater, alstertor./ the thalia theater is located in hamburg's city center, directly at the alstertor. the original structure of the thalia dates back to a new building from 1912, although the theater was severely damaged during world war ii. during an air raid in 1945, the stage building was completely destroyed except for the side wing on the raboisen. werner kallmorgen's house was rebuilt in the 1950s and 1960s, with the stage being equipped with what was then the most modern stage technology d on plans by adolf zotzmann. the work was completed in 1960 with the installation of a cylinder revolving platform. the reopening of the theater took place on december 3, 1960. the thalia theater has been on the hanseatic city's list of monuments since march 31, 1981. the most extensive construction work since the reopening in 1960 was the extension and increase in the stage building in 1992/93. an extension building was added to the theater building on the back of the stage house in the superstructure of the street "hinter der markthalle". the stage building was increased by two additional floors and the stage tower was raised. after comprehensive inventory studies for the introduction of the tenant-landlord model (mvm) and the first user requirement concepts, a main refurbishment of the thalia theater is planned for the future, probably from 2027. in anticipation of the overall renovation goal, structural and game operations-related measures are now preselected and implemented within the regular, or if necessary. recommended for extended summer playtime breaks. a significant part of the forthcoming planning concerns, among other things, the repair and renewal of the technical building equipment to maintain operational and gaming safety. the services to be provided include all 8 plant groups according to hoai. the planning services required for the project are commissioned in stages. the assignment takes place in 4 stages, whereby the individual service phases are divided into the stages as follows: level 1 includes the services of determining the basics, the preliminary planning (project and planning preparation) and the services of the draft planning (service phases 1-3). level 2 includes the services of approval planning, implementation planning and the services of preparing the award (service phase 4-6). level 3 includes the services of participation in the award as well as the services of supervision (construction supervision) and documentation (service phase 7-8). level 4 includes property management services (lph 9). a detailed deion of the project and the services can be found in section 2.1 of the procedure letter.
