⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyuki Terui, Director General of the General Affairs Department, Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO)

⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Integrated data remote system construction and procurement of maintenance licenses 1 set

Delivery deadline : 28 February 2023
Maintenance period : From 1 March 2023 to 29 February 2028
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Supplier seligible for participating in the proposed tenderare those who shall :
① not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO
② not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO
③ have grade A, B, C or D "Sale of products" or "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract
⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms : 5 : 00 PM 12 October 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 5 : 00 PM 21 October 2022
