(nuf 1-7 approx. 1,200 m2). the construction costs (kg 200-700) according to the planning order are €5.44 million gross, of which kg 300 amounts to €3,242,237 and kg 400 to €1,214,756. due to local conditions, the building is to be planned approx. 39.00 m long and approx. 15.00 m wide. a design with a high degree of prefabrication is sought (modular construction). the level of difficulty of the planning requirements is rated as average (hz iii). in the award procedure, 3-5 bidders each have to develop and present a solution proposal. the proposed solution will be rewarded with a gross fee of €5,000. in the case of an order, the sum will be offset against the total fee. the scope of planning services according to hoai for planning includes service level 1 (lph 2-4) and optionally service levels 2 to 5 (lph 5-9).
