germany-düsseldorf: engineering services./ blb d/d-h5 new building for the state government haroldstr. 5: facade planning./ with the cabinet decision on "accommodation management for the highest state authorities in düsseldorf", the following construction projects are planned: - new building of the ministry of finance at haroldstrasse 5 (plot section 1a) - accommodation of nrw.bank on the property at haroldstrasse 5 (plot section 1b) - optimum use of the property at haroldstrasse 5 for state government purposes this tender is about the award of the specialist engineering services for facade technology and planning of height access for facade cleaning and facade maintenance for the new building project at haroldstraße 5 in düsseldorf to accommodate the ministry of finance of north rhine-westphalia and other state users, partial area 1a of the building plot.
