⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HIRAOKA Hiroshi, Director of Noshiro office of River and National Highway, Tohoku Regional Development Bureau
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : High voltage Electricity used in Noshiro office of River and National Highway of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau, contract 912kW and the estimated electricity for the year is 2,196,336kWh
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 February, 2023 through 31 January, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑤ Not once being rejected, or under remaining denial, from the national order operations upon police request because of their practical operation by Boryokudan members or other antisocial bodies
⑥ Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act
⑦ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 6 October, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 19 October, 2022
