⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazushige Nanma, Director of General Coordination Department, Fukushima Labour Bureau
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Car rental business of Fukushima labor bureau in Reiwa 4~8, 1 set
⑷ An observance of a contract period : From 1 December 2022 to 31 March 2027
⑸ An observance of a contract place : The place specified by the contracting entity
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B or C on "Offer of service" in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (ⅴ) and (ⅵ)) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid :
(ⅰ) Welfare annuity insurance
(ⅱ) Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over)
(ⅲ) Seamen's insurance
(ⅳ) National pension
(ⅴ) Worker's compensation insurance
(ⅵ) Unemployment insurance
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obrigating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 1 : 30 PM 14 October 2022
