⑴ Contracting Entity : SUGINO Tsuyoshi, President, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS)
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A server and housing 1 set for the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Electronic Application System.
⑷ Fulfillment period : as in the tender documentation
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto･Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
B have proven ability to rent the item concerned either independently and or by throngs third party should the item requested be provided by a third party, it must have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rented item,
C not come under Article 4 of JSPS's Contract Rules,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
