⑶ Nature of the products to be procured :
① Electricity to be used in Niikappu Station contract
② Electricity to be used in Tokachi Station contract
③ Electricity to be used in Oh-u Station contract
④ Electricity to be used in Iwate Station contract
⑤ Electricity to be used in Head Quarters Station contract
⑥ Electricity to be used in Ibaraki Station contract
⑦ Electricity to be used in Nagano Station contract
⑧ Electricity to be used in Okazaki Station contract
⑨ Electricity to be used in Hyogo Station contract
⑩ Electricity to be used in Tottori Station contract
⑪ Electricity to be used in Kumamoto Station contract
⑫ Electricity to be used in Miyazaki Station contract
⑷ Delivery period : From March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the tender.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 8 and 9 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship of Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by single qualification for every and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024.
⑺ Time limit for distribution of the manu-al : September 20, 2022
⑻ Time limit of tender : 10 : 00 October 20, 2022.
