The quantity is the planned quantity and does not guarantee the contract quantity.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ demonstrate that they have a maintenance system that can deliver services within 3 hours on site in the event that service maintenance is required due to equipment failure in the service area,
④ meet all the minimum requirements shown in the specifications for the equipment to be installed,
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 12 September 2022 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 9 September 2022)
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M. 26 October 2022
