⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroshige Nishina, President, National University Corporation Ehime University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Parking lot management system equipment lease 1 Set
⑷ Rent period : From 1 April, 2023 through 31 March, 2030
⑸ Rent place : National University Corporation Ehime University School of Medicine and Ehime University Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Ehime University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Shikoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
D meet the qualification requirements which President, National University Corporation Ehime University may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, National University Corporation Ehime University.
