⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : A system for computational astrophysics 1 Set
⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent
⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
a.A parallel computer cluster with 10 PFLOPS or faster as the total theoretical peak performance, a physical memory of 1500 TBytes or larger, and storage device of 15 PByte or larger.
b.Languages such as Fortran, C, and C++, developer tools, utilities for parallel programming such as MPI, and mathematical subroutine libraries optimized for the parallel computer.
c.Flexible tools for administration and for management of jobs.
d.The data transfer rate between nodes should be higher than 50 GByte/s (theoretical peak performance) in bidirectional mode.
