⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.

③ have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in Kanto・Koushin' etsu region in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.

⑥ Maintain the system to have an appropriate protection crackdown about handling of the personal information which makes the kind the name, the address, the phone number telephone number, the starting work location and this.
⑦ have the ISMS (BS7799 or ISO/IEC 27001) certification or equivalent certification.
⑧ have the QMS (ISO/IEC 9001 or JIS Q 9001) certification or CMMI (above level 3) certification, or the organization or department which has equivalent certification manages the work quality d on quality management system.
⑨ have a experienece of Improvement of existing systems on the companies who handle more than 5 million of the images of Loan agreements in the past 5 years without delay.
⑩ prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party. In this case, the third party must also have the above ① to ⑨ and specification.
