germany-hamburg: government services./ examination of usage and interim proofs for the european social fund in hamburg for the period 2023-2027./ the free and hanseatic city of hamburg (fhh) - authority for work, health, social affairs, family and integration (social authority) - as client (ag) intends to conclude a contract for the risk-d examination of esf proof of use for projects in the 2021 to 2027 funding period the granting of funds from the european social fund (esf) and the react eu projects of the funding period 2014-2020 for the audit years 2022 to 2023. the legal basis is article 74 of regulation (eu) 2021/1060 and article 125 (5) of regulation ( eu) 1303/2013 in conjunction with eu (vo) 2020/2221. the service to be commissioned also includes the examination of technical assistance expenditure for the year 2022.
