roof insulation work./ sealing work./ as part of the restructuring of the darmstadt clinic, two clinic locations are being merged. for this purpose, the central new building (znb) was built in several construction phases between 2015 and 2020. this new building is to be supplied with energy from building 20 - energy center, as well as all existing buildings on campus. in the present case, it is about the building 20, which serves as an energy center - media supply of the clinic and is expanded by extensions on the west and south side. as part of the planned construction measures, parts of the supply systems will be renewed or expanded. the building of the energy center is to have a new, uniform façade and, as part of an urban ensemble, will occupy the south-east corner of the clinic as well as the new clinic forecourt on bleichstrasse. the building is free-standing and is located directly on the public traffic area. in the course of the measure, the public space is to be brought closer to the building, the separation with fence and wall is no longer necessary. in this context, the sealing work will be put out to tender.
