architectural services for outdoor areas./ new construction of a care facility - specialist planning service: outdoor facilities./ the district hospital in osterholz is owned by the district of osterholz and provides basic and regular care for the district's residents. its range of services includes the specialist areas of internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, gynecology and obstetrics as well as radiology, the areas of anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine and the central laboratory. the district of osterholz intends to build a care facility with 40 short-term care places and an attached full in-patient facility for 20 residents with dementia changes in the immediate vicinity of the district hospital. the planning area for the future care facility is directly east of the district hospital. the area available for planning covers approx. 17,000 m². assuming a southern development, there is a roughly defined area for a possible expansion of the nursing facility or a location for a medical center. the subject of this award are the specialist planning services for outdoor facilities for the new building of the care facility.
