engineering services./ new construction of the olpe community center - award of building physics and bnb coordinator./ the district town of olpe intends to build a new community center on the site of the former train station in the city center of olpe. the building should functionally consist of a town hall as the seat of administration with around 100 employees, the city library and a museum with corresponding additional uses and larger public areas that can also be used by the citizens. a small gastronomic supply for employees and visitors is also planned. the building should meet the requirements for certification according to the "silver" standard of the federal government's sustainable building assessment system (bnb). it has not yet been finally decided whether certification will actually be carried out. the subject of this award is the commissioning of basic building physics services in the areas of thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics (sound insulation) and room acoustics of service phases 1-7 of the building physics performance profile in accordance with annex 1 hoai and, if necessary, other special services. furthermore, the contractor should be commissioned as bnb coordinator. the service phases are commissioned in stages. a project deion including attachments provided in the electronic project room contains further information on the construction project and the subject of the planning order to be awarded.
