germany-troisdorf: school catering services./ lunch catering at five trogata locations in the troisdorf city area./ for the school year 2007/2008, the "open all-day" was set up at all primary schools in troisdorf. since then, the office for children, young people and families of the city of troisdorf has been responsible for the extra-curricular area - "trogata" - of the open all-day schools in the primary sector. in seven facilities, the lunchtime meal for all primary school children admitted to "trogata" is freshly prepared on site by kitchen staff every day. in five facilities, lunch is delivered by a caterer because these facilities do not have sufficient material and personnel capacities to prepare lunch freshly every day.
