architectural, engineering and planning services - traffic development of the new development area "im herberg" in the local community of niederelbert./ the local community of niederelbert (client) intends to develop the new development area "im herberg" to the west of the town together with the montabaur association of municipalities (cf. attached planning area delimitation). the planning area has a total size of around 31,000 square meters, of which around 6,600 square meters are traffic areas and around 1,180 square meters of service roads and footpaths. a total of around 44 building plots will be created in the planning area.
