⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAKASHIMA Hisashi, Director of the Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, House of Councillors
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Gas to use in the buildings of House of Councillors. Contracted maximum flow rate 1,502 cubic meters/h. The estimated gas for the year 780,654 cubic meters
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 February 2023 through 31 January 2024
⑸ Delivery place : Refer to the tender explanation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall be those who :
① do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ have Grade A, or B on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the House of Councillors (Single qualification for eve-ry ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the House of Councillors.
⑤ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the Government Agencies.
⑥ have registered to be a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3, of the Gas Utility Law, have permission as a generl gas conduit enterpriser in accordance with Article 35, of the Gas Utility Law.
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 24 October, 2022
